Eris Lowe, 37, of Dodgeson Place, Preston, pleaded guilty at Blackburn Magistrates Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Accrington which was racially aggravated, and while subject to a suspended sentence order.

He was jailed for 14 weeks and ordered to pay £115 compensation.
