GUY WIGNALL

MR Guy Richard Wignall, of The Close, Clayton-leMoors, died on Tuesday, October 24, aged 57.

Guy worked as a CNC programmer at the ROF Blackburn from the 70s to the early 90s where he took medical retirement due to suffering from MS.

Guy’s interests were quizzes, eating out and attending football matches at Ewood Park where he had held the position of chairman of the Disabled Supporters Club for nearly 10 years.

Thank you to the regular carers that helped Guy live as normal a life as possible.

Guy will be sadly missed by his devoted wife Elaine, father-in-law Charles, mother Joan and sister Shirley.

The funeral service, conducted by David Ireland, will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Tuesday, November 7, at 1.40pm. This will be followed by his cremation.

Flowers are welcome with donations to the MS Society and the British Heart Foundation.
