Youths target club

FOUR youths were caught breaking into a bowling club in Great Harwood.

Police were called to Rushton Street at around 2.20pm on Thursday, January 4, to reports of a break-in at the club.

Two 14-year-old boys, a 12-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were all arrested at the scene.

Lancashire Police said they were dealt with by way of a ‘community resolution’. The youths caused damage to an external and internal wooden door at the club but nothing was stolen.
