HYNDBURN councillor Ken Moss has been confirmed as Labour’s Rishton candidate for this year’s May local elections.

Coun Moss who joined the council in 2010, said: “I was only intending to stand for two terms but I have been asked repeatedly by colleagues at the council to carry on. Ultimately, it has been rather humbling with members of the public asking me not to stand down.”
