NEW TAKE ON CLASSIC TALE

-

REGARDING the Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe:

‘A lion, witch and wardrobe were all very bored on New Year’s Eve – so they all thought they’d go to the cinema. Although Lion was so very shy and still in the cubs – and Wardrobe always lived behind closed doors, while the Witch was always delving in trying to cast spells.

Now when they got to the cinema they were met be a doorman – who told them the admission price was £50 in total – and they weren’t allowed to take in their own popcorn.

So they all decided to go to the pub and welcome the New Year in. However, when they went into the pub the barman just looked at them and said: ‘I’m serving Narnia’. Darryl Ashton Great Harwood
