Sporty pupils go on the run
CHILDREN from St Peter and St Paul’s CE Primary in Rishton and St Anne’s and St Joseph’s RC Primary in Accrington donned sportswear to fundraise for Sport Relief.
The Accrington school challenged pupils to run a mile a day for a week and raised £955.
The Rishton school raised more than £150 after parents and carers joined pupils for a mile run around the school.
