FRIDAY, APRIL 6 Mindset Matters – Improve your Sports Performance:
A focused but relaxed day aimed at young people aged 10 to 15 who take part in competitive sports, led by course tutor Gill Smith. You and your child will learn techniques to help understand how the mind controls the body and how to easily integrate positive thinking and growth mindset techniques into training and competitions, whatever the sport.
