Car crash causes delays

MOTORISTS faced delays after a two-car collision in Rising Bridge.

Police said one lane was closed after the crash on Blackburn Road, close to the post office, shortly after 5pm on Tuesday, April 3.

No injuries were reported and the incident has been classed as ‘damage only’ by police.
