As a means to extend their gratitude to the local community, Pendle Hill Properties are giving away two free tickets the next home match for Accrington Stanley to the first ten people who instruct their house to be listed with the company in the month of April.

A chat between Andrew and Billy revealed the inspiration behind the property shop name being Pendle Hill and how the team walk up it together every year - a small, but notable, connection between the two.

Billy Kee, Accrington Stanley player, said: “We’re really thankful for the support that Andrew and the team are showing year on year to the club by sponsoring a board here. It’s important for us to give back so when I was told he was coming in it only felt right to come and celebrate with him. The cake’s good too, which is always a perk!”

Their celebrations will be ongoing throughout the coming months with weekly promotions and giveaways lined up to reward instructions, including: cashback, a wine box and vouchers for Bowland Brewery!

A lot of companies are behind the company including Read Cricket Club and Padiham Cricket Club who are giving the company free tickets to give away to their clients.

“We have reached our 10 years in service and are doing so well but we know we need to continue putting in the graft and keeping in touch with the local people to see what it is they want from their estate agents.”
