Artist studios offer fun for everyone
HAWORTH Stables and Motor House Artist Studios are full of fabulous artists, artisans and actors, bursting with fabulous paintings, products and productions that can fulfil your dreams!
In the Potting Shed and Orangery we have The Art Garden, which specialises in Messy Play for young children. From there into the Stables you can find Pip Cottage willow weaving; Leo Crabtree, Fine Art; The Grey Daughter, illustration and Foxy Vintage candles and diffusers. Across the way into the Motor House on the first floor is Molly’s soft furnishings and on the ground floor is Steve Crowther, fine artist; Samantha Trudy, illustrator; Catherine Lansdale, portraiture; The Gallery Garden florist and homeware and Dinkystrumpet, mixed media. Between the Stables and Motor House is the tack room, which is home to Just Imagine North West, a fabulous performance company of gifted actors that host a very wide range of children’s parties from Disney Princesses to Harry Potter!
These fabulous studios are regularly open on the last Sunday of the month, the next date being June 24, from noon to 4pm.
In addition, many of the artists and businesses are running workshops, courses and family activities throughout the summer, from willow weaving to learning to draw to family fairytales.
