“We have been training and coaching for over 30 years and have produced many top fighters and Champions.

Martial Arts have been a big part of our lives. I got into my training as a youngster – typical scenario, being bullied, no confidence.

“I walked into my first karate class and never looked back

“I gained my black belt than trained in Full Contact kickboxing under Dean Whittle and started competing and winning National and British titles.”

Tracy was always involved in sport and fitness, working as a fitness, boxing and aerobics instructor at the Hyndburn Sports Centre for many years.

She got involved in Martial Arts and Kickboxing with Billy and after many years of training gained her black belt and is now recognised as a 4th Dan Black belt.

“We set up Fit to Fight Kickboxing and Martial Arts over 20 years ago and it is still going strong today,” added Billy.

“We love coaching and making a difference to the local people that walk through the gym doors. We have a great team of coaches at Fit to Fight.

“Now we are passing on our knowledge to the next generation.”
