CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:
TONY Ricardo Savoini, 37, of Dowry Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the Railway public house in Accrington while subject to a conditional discharge order. He was fined £40.
SAMUEL Jones, 21, of Lomax Close, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to drug driving. He was fined £90, ordered to pay £50 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
DRAZIC Reece Payton, 20, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and assault by beating in Accrington. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £150 compensation.
KEITH Anthony Quinn, 43, of Springhill Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge.
IAN Richardson, 37, of Stanley Street, Accrington, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements following his release from prison. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
LEE Roscoe, 46, of George Street, Rishton, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.
ADAM Arif, 19, of Empress Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
JOSEPH Michael Ginley, 34, of South Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was fined £315 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
RAHEEM Ul-din Hussain, 34, of Higher Antley Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order while subject to a suspended sentence order. He was jailed for 20 weeks.
DEREK Christian Clinning, 35, of Blackburn Road, Accrington, admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given a new 12-month community order with a 12-week curfew requirement, a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £60 costs.
VICTORIA Beard, 23, of Nelson Street, Accrington, was found guilty of making a threat to kill. She was given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a supervision requirement, a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, a sixmonth restraining order and ordered to pay £100 costs. ROBERT Armstrong, 68, of Manchester Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £325 costs.
