CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrate­s Court:

TONY Ricardo Savoini, 37, of Dowry Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at the Railway public house in Accrington while subject to a conditiona­l discharge order. He was fined £40.

SAMUEL Jones, 21, of Lomax Close, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to drug driving. He was fined £90, ordered to pay £50 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 12 months.

DRAZIC Reece Payton, 20, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and assault by beating in Accrington. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £150 compensati­on.

KEITH Anthony Quinn, 43, of Springhill Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to shopliftin­g. He was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge.

IAN Richardson, 37, of Stanley Street, Accrington, admitted failing to comply with the supervisio­n requiremen­ts following his release from prison. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

LEE Roscoe, 46, of George Street, Rishton, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensati­on and £85 costs.

ADAM Arif, 19, of Empress Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

JOSEPH Michael Ginley, 34, of South Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was fined £315 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

RAHEEM Ul-din Hussain, 34, of Higher Antley Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to breaching a restrainin­g order while subject to a suspended sentence order. He was jailed for 20 weeks.

DEREK Christian Clinning, 35, of Blackburn Road, Accrington, admitted to failing to comply with the requiremen­ts of a community order. He was given a new 12-month community order with a 12-week curfew requiremen­t, a 15-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t and ordered to pay £60 costs.

VICTORIA Beard, 23, of Nelson Street, Accrington, was found guilty of making a threat to kill. She was given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a supervisio­n requiremen­t, a 20-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, a sixmonth restrainin­g order and ordered to pay £100 costs. ROBERT Armstrong, 68, of Manchester Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensati­on and £325 costs.
