●● CHERYL Diane Cheetham, 40, of Norfolk Grove, Church, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. She was fined £30.

●● KRZYSZTOF Kazimierz Galara, 31, of Venice Avenue, Burnley, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Altham and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was fined £140, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

●● CATHERINE Elizabeth Howson, 35, of Church

Street, Accrington, admitted failing to comply with a community requiremen­t of a suspended sentence order. Her suspended sentence was varied to include a 21-day curfew requiremen­t.

●● SALMA Arshad, 32, of Fountain Place, Accrington, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. She was fined £20.

●● JOHN Crabtree, 66, of Bolton Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Aldi in Accrington. He also pleaded guilty to trespassin­g on the lines at Blackburn Railway Station. He was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t.

●● SARAH Jayne Hopkinson, 38, of Devonshire Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was fined £120, ordered to pay £310 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

●● STEVEN Joseph Langton, 42, of St Pauls Court, Oswaldtwis­tle, pleaded guilty to shopliftin­g. He was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.

●● SEAN Lavery, 33, of Nelson Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualifi­ed, using a vehicle without insurance and drug driving. He was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 14 months.

●● JOHN Thomas Tomlinson, 61, of Sparth Road, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was given an 18-month community order with a 15-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, 150 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 48 months.

●● MICHAEL Andrew Crilly, 35, of Clarendon Street, Accrington, admitted failing to comply with the requiremen­ts of a community order. He was jailed for three months.

●● KEVIN Holleran, 51, of Lower Barnes Street, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place and using abusive language or threatenin­g behaviour in a public place while subject to a suspended sentence order. He was jailed for 10 weeks.

●● MARTIN Isherwood, 29, of Hope Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the community requiremen­t of a suspended sentence order. He was fined £50.

●● AMY Gillibrand, 20, of Oban Drive, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting a police officer in Accrington and one count of being drunk and disorderly in a public place. She was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £150 compensati­on.

●● JOSH Lee, 19, of Alexandra Street, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to theft and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was given a 12-month community order with a 15-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, fined £40 and ordered to pay £325 compensati­on.

●● MICHAEL Shaw, 33, of Rothwell Avenue, Accrington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was given a 12-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.

●● JOHN Kimble Cryne, 61, of Glebe Street, Great

Harwood, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving while disqualifi­ed and using a vehicle without insurance. He was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, 250 hours unpaid work and disqualifi­ed from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

●● DEAN Robert Smethurst, 47, of Wellington Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, and possessing cannabis while subject to a suspended sentence order. He was given a six-month conditiona­l discharge order.

●● ADAM Stephen Clough, 37, of Bridge Street, Rishton, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

●● KARIS Jade Poynton, 27, of Whalley Road, Clayton-leMoors, pleaded guilty to shopliftin­g and criminal damage. She was given a six-month conditiona­l discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £75 compensati­on.

●● KEITH Anthony Quinn, 44, of Spring Hill Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress to a police officer while subject to a conditiona­l discharge order. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
