KENNETH KILLINGBECK
MR Kenneth Killingbeck, of Laburnum Drive, Oswaldtwistle, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 3, aged 90.
During his working life Ken was a railway fireman and proudly served in the East Lancashire Regiment, B Company and the 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment.
He also worked as a maintenance engineer for Whitbreads for over 20 years.
In his spare time and during his retirement Ken turned his hand to DIY; he also enjoyed watching classic films and TV - in particular wrestling and darts.
He was also a member and club founder of the 2 Para Reunion Club.
Ken sadly leaves behind his dearly loved wife Margaret, his much loved son Michael, his treasured granddaughters Sallyann and Larraine, and also his cherished greatgrandchildren Olivia, Eleanor, Joshua and Isaac.
Ken will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held for immediate family and close friends only (due to the current restrictions).
