This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are -

Glasgow City Council: installation of gas flaring equipment at former Kilgarth landfill site at Gartgill Road, Gartsherrie, Coatbridge.

Remo Nicoietti: erection of two retail units for use as class 1, class 2 or class 3 at 3 Carrick Place, Glenboig.

Paul Barbour- Murrie: replacement of flat roof with pitched Roof at 34 Drumpellier Avenue, Drumpellier, Coatbridge.

Mrs Dana McAllister: single storey rear extension at 8 Springbank View, Plains, Airdrie.

Dr Mur ray Lough : replacement roof over detached garages and partial re-roofing of the rear of house with Spanish slate at Craig Park, Victoria Place, Cairnhill, Airdrie.

Inver House Distillers Ltd: storage of multiple hazardous substances diesel, kerosene and whisky (ethyl alcohol) at Moffat Distillery, Towers Road, Airdrie.

NLC Housing Property: erection of 40 new build houses and cottage flats and associated parking courts at St Ambrose High School, Blair Road, Coatbridge.

NLC Housing Property: erection of 20 dwelling houses and cottage flats and associated parking court at former Old School Court, School Street, Coatbridge.

Mr Allan Clarke: front and rear dormer windows at 1 Banff Avenue, Cairnhill, Airdrie.
