Coatbridge High prize winners
Academic excellence was richly rewarded when the bright young things at Coatbridge High scooped a series of prestigious prizes.
The secondary school paid tribute to pupils from every year during the annual ceremony, with the talented troupe stepping up on stage to pick up their awards.
Cracking cast members from the school’s Grease production got the event off to memorable start in foottapping style by performing a medley of tunes from the hit musical.
Head teacher Janie O’Neill then delivered her praisepacked annual report before the prizes were handed out by school staff.
