Mr Grierson said:“There’s great satisfaction in receiving this award for the second time in my career and being part of a winning team.
“It’s gratifying because we had a relatively young team and I was able to nurture them throughout the project and bring them along.
“Barratt is really focused on developing its people and in addition to winning this award I was responsible for the development of a new trainee who has now graduated to become an assistant manager.”
David Scott, managing directorof Barratt Developments West Scotland, said:“Murray has been really focused on winning a quality award this year.
“He’s worked incredibly hard to achieve it and I’m delighted to see his efforts recognised.
