Rotarians donate to charity

Generous Coatbridge, Airdrie & Monklands Rotary Club members did their bit to help a local charity.

Representa­tives from HOPE for Autism attend the club to give a presentati­on on the work the organisati­on carries out at its Airdrie base.

Following the talk, r rotarians presented their g guests with a £100 donation.

A HOPE for Autism s spokespers­on said: “Our chair and CEO were grateful to be able to attend the rotary c club’s weekly meeting.

“The informatio­n session i included details of our service p provision and the ways in which we support families, children and young people w with Autism Spectrum Disorder, living in North Lanarkshir­e through group activities, outings and sports sessions.

“The evening ended with t the presentati­on of a £ 100 c cheque and we’d like to e extend our thanks to all at the club for the opportunit­y to speak about HOPE and their kind donation.”
