Craig Moffat: change of use from welfare club into offices and storage units; at Clarkston Miners’Comrade and Welfare Club, Forrest Street, Clarkston. Futura Fine Arts: change of use from plant hire to party supply wholesalers/retail sales; at 301 Main Street, Coatbridge. Olleco: part use of warehouse for storage of food waste (amendment to previous planning permission); at Unit 6, Palacecraig Street, Kirkshaws. Loretto Housing Association: amendment to scheme to provide four additional flats (amendment to previous planning permission); at 2 Muiryhall Street, Coatbridge. UK Forks: erection of new warehouse building for storage and distribution of hire equipment; at Vibroplant, 505 Coatbridge Road, Bargeddie. John Hagan: crown reduction of one sycamore tree and three holly trees; at 60 St John Street, Coatbridge.
