Deliveries reach target

A total of 93.7 per cent of mail in the ML postcode area covering Monklands was delivered the next working day during 2016-2017.

The figure was ahead of the national target of 93 per cent.

Royal Mail announced that targets were met or exceeded in 110 of its 118 postcode areas during the year.
