Slimmer Lynn has seconds
New class starts in Airdrie
An Airdrie slimmer who lost half her weight in two years has launched a new group to inspire others.
Mum- of- two Lynn Johnston has opened her second Slimming World class in the town.
Her first group opened in October at Springfield Community Cent re and now has over 180 members.
Lynn has called time on her own weight loss journey after achieving her target, shedding an impressive 13 stone in only two years.
The 45- year- old was nominated for Slimming World’s consultant of the year award in February but missed out on the title.
She said: “Unfortunately I didn’t win but it was an amazing day meeting so many incredible consultants and listening to everyone’s journey.”
Her new class will be in Moy Hall, Aitken Street, Airdrie, on Thursdays at 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
