Social club

Activities this week include bingo on Sunday night, with tickets on sale from 8pm and eyes down at 8.30pm. The Lucky Joker is drawn at 8.25pm on Sundays, with tickets – priced £1 – on sale from committee members and bar staff throughout the week. For further information see the club notice board.

Practice takes place on Mondays from 6pm to 9pm in the congregational church hall on Broomknoll Street. Anyone interested in learning the flute or drums is welcome to attend; contact John on 07525 064303 to find out further details.

Da Capo music group Drop-in cafes

The cafes in Greengairs Parish Church for June will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 1pm to 3.30pm. Those who enjoy good company and home baking with tea or coffee are invited along.

Marching band

Baillies Lane Flute Band practice sessions take place on Tuesdays in the social club from 7pm to 9pm; flute and drum learners are welcome to attend.
