has a purposebuilt recording studio which is available every Friday from 5pm to 10pm with staff on-hand to help record and mix tracks. This facility is available free of charge to singers and bands aged under 25. @home Youth Centre Creative writing group

meets on the first and third Friday of each month at Chapelside centre on Black Street, from 1pm to 3pm. The group is looking for new members and welcomes all those interested in writing in a diverse range of genres, including poetry, short stories and local history.
