Cairnhill Structures: change of use of nursing home to office; at 98 Dunbeth Road, Coatbridge.

Maxim Office Park: two dual-outlet fast car chargers, two EV rapid car chargers and associated feeder pillar; at site to east of 2 Parklands Avenue, Eurocentral.

Miller Homes: request for environmental impact assessment screening opinion for proposed residential development; at site to east of Auchengeich sewage treatment works, Gartferry Road, Moodiesburn.

Ryan Forrester: erection of house; at Upperton Farm, Upperton Road, Longriggend.

Matt Hood: single-storey rear extension; at 125 Cromarty Road, Cairnhill.

John Larkin: proposed tree works (felling of two trees); at 110 Alexander Street, Dunbeth, Coatbridge.

Hugh and Agnes Byrne: single-storey front extension; at 96 Earlston Crescent, Carnbroe.

K Sludden: erection of rear conservatory; at 1 Dunottar Place, Shawhead. Gabriel Bucur: single-storey side and rear extension; at 10 Lanrig Place, Chryston.
