Mould Man Lanarkshire & Glasgow joked – we think – about the pop icon’s day in Airdrie: “Elton had steak pie in the Tudor, a few pints in the Four Isles, into Diamonds, and chicken pakora from 3 in 1 before being lifted – that would put Airdrie on the map!”
Dot Bell hailed the Excelsior’s hosting skills: “Was a great night and the venue was perfect.”
Margaret Jassal added: “Great night. Who are you going to have next? It’s a great venue.”
Alexander Mullen rocked on at the gig: “One word to describe last night – amazing!”
