Angus Design Associates: request for environmental impact assessment scoping opinion for proposed alteration to approved plans for energy from waste plant; at Shanks & McEwan, 251 Glasgow and Edinburgh Road, Coatbridge.

Taylor Wimpey West Scotland: amendment to previous planning permission, to alter layout and levels including additional parking spaces and one additional plot; at site at Bowhill Road, Chapelhall.

West of Scotland Housing Association: existing window to be replaced with new door and window providing level access and removal of existing door; at 64 Turnberry Crescent, Old Monkland.

Elizabeth McEwan: change of use to equestrian centre including temporary residential accommodation, welfare facilities, storage building and new stable block with riding area; at site at Gart gill Road, Gartsherrie.

WB Properties Scotland: one-and-a-half storey rear extension and detached double garage; at 24 Inveresk Place, Greenhill, Coatbridge.

Danny Gormley: erection of house (amendment to previous permission) and siting of temporary caravan; at 120 Forrest Street, Clarkston.

William McAllister: single-storey house and garage; at caravan storage area, Whin rigg Farm, 555 Stirling Road, Airdrie.

Kevin Hughes: demolition of fire-damaged building, subdivision of plot, construction of dwelling and detached garage with upper-floor accommodation; at 22 Lefroy Street, Blairhill.

John Russell: proposed tree works; at 18A Blairhill Street, Coatbridge.

Mr & Mrs Frank Reilly: two-storey side and single-storey rear extensions; at 1A Ayr Drive, Cairnhill.
