Missing man

-

Police Scotland is appealing for information to trace a Coatbridge man who has been missing for almost a month.

Stefano Baraglia was last seen leaving an address in Cumbria on August 17, and is believed to have been travelling back to Scotland.

The 50-year-old’s family and friends haven’t heard from him since July 20, and reported him missing last week.

Mr Baraglia is described as being of slim build with brown hair and tattoos on his neck and both arms.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, a blue McKenzie T-shirt, jeans, dark Nike Air Max trainers and was carrying a dark rucksack with a pink dot on it.

PC Martyn Donnelly said: “It is out of character for Stefano to be out of contact with his family and friends for so long and everyone is incredibly worried about him.

“I would appeal to anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Airdrie police via 101 and quote incident number 3280 of Wednesday, September 6.

“I would also appeal to Stefano to get in touch and let someone know that he is safe and well.”
