Indoor Bowling Club Those who pay their fees on or before September 17 will receive a discount, while an introductory fee can be claimed by members who introduce a new player to the club. Events at the club are: line dancing, Monday, 7.30pm; camera club, Tuesday, 7pm; dance troupe and fitness class, Thursday, 6pm; circle dancing, alternate Sundays, 2pm.

4th Coatbridge Girls’ Brigade meet at 6.45pm every Tuesday in Middle Church hall, Bank Street. New girls of school age are welcome to join. The organisation are holding a joint dedication service in Middle Church on Sunday, October 8, at 6.30pm in celebration of their 70th anniversary and the BBs’ 75th anniversary. All former members are invited to attend.

CAP job club meets on Mondays from noon to 2pm at Hope Church, Bank Street. Lunch is provided. Places can be booked by calling 0800 328 0006.

Toddlers Coatbridge Baptist Church’s Parent and Toddlers Group runs every Monday (except school holidays) from 9.30am to 11.45am at the church on West Canal Street. Parents pay £1 a week. For more information call Craig on 01236 748011.
