Court breach denied

A Thrashbush yob who racially abused a man in a chip shop has denied breaching his court order.

Brian McPherson made the remarks in 2015 and the 33-year-old, of School Quadrant, was back in the dock this month accused of breaching his community payback order.

Sheriff Frank Pieri adjourned proceedings until next Monday to fix a proof on the alleged breach.
