Coatbridge police will carry out checks on a road in Kirkwood following a spate of speeding complaints.

Inspector Louise Brownlie said: “The checks will be performed on Mitchell Street and its surrounding areas.

“We will be closely monitoring any speeding motorists and deal with them accordingly.”
