Planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are:

J& C Development s : permission in principle for erection of three detached dwellings; at site at former Gartness House, Bowhousebrae Road, Airdrie.

Persimmon Homes: proposal for erection of residential development, link road and associated works; at Heathfield Farm, Drumcavel Road, Muirhead.

Mr J Mann: change of use of open ground to private garden, and erection of detached garage with storage over; at 250-252 Greengairs Road, Greengairs.

Colette Hartie: conversion of garage; at 10 Home Farm Court, Shepford Place, Coatbridge.

Maureen Robertson: single-storey rear extension; at 5 Rothesay Crescent, Shawhead.

Thomas McLelland: erection of rear decking area; at 12 Forrest Street, Clarkston.
