CLUB RELAUNCH

A new brew is in the offing at Hope Church’s Coffee Club as the group relaunches with fresh meeting times.

The club in the Coatbridge venue, at 173 Bank Street, gets together from 10am until noon on Thursdays.

A spokesperson for the group said: “Mary and Morag’s home baking is worth sampling and we often have a thought for the day from the Bible and a project to get involved with, such as the hugely popular Blythswood shoe box appeal.

“Young and old are very welcome to pop in for a coffee and chat.”
