Councillor’s surgery

-

David McDonagh has rubbed shoulders with actors, musicians and professional wrestlers, but the latest lucky recipients of his awesome artwork lit a fire in him.

The popular Gartlea artist met The Prodigy in Glasgow and got a good omen from the wild rockers, who were a huge fan of David’s portraits of the electronic group.

David, 32, revealed:“The Prodigy are absolute legends in the music industry.

“It was such an honour to meet with Keith [Flint], Liam [Howlett] and Maxim [Reality].

“They were very complimentary of my portraits and took the time to sign them for me.

“Meeting so many celebrity figures I’ve been such huge fans of is unreal and their approval of my work gives me great confidence when working in the studio.”

SNP representative Ms Coyle will be on hand at the village’s community hall from 6pm to 6.30pm and all constituents are welcome to come along and discuss any issues and concerns.
