Masons donate £1200 to hospice
St Andrew’s Hospice’s coffers were swelled by a four-figure sum thanks to the kindness of Freemasons from across North Lanarkshire.
A £1200 donation was made to the Airdrie facility by the Provincial Grand Lodge Lanarkshire Middle Ward.
Brother William Perry, Provincial Grand Master, said: “The donation came from Lanarkshire Freemasons who participated in a Christmas carol service.
“I was delighted with the generous response.”
