Plains kids are creme of the crop

Youngsters from Plains and St David’s primary schools showcased their artistic talents in an Easter colouring-in competition organised by Plains Community Futures.

Lauren Muirzynske scooped first prize for her colouring prowess, closely followed by Olivia Burns, Lucy Kearney and Mackenzie Shaw. Oliver Kane won the nursery category.

And thanks to a generous £ 100 donation from local businessman John Grant of Meadowhead Development s, the winners were presented with chocolate eggs, and each participant received a Creme Egg.
