Jia Shou He: change of use from shop to hot food takeaway; at 2 South Robertson Place, Whinhall.

Charles Torbet: demolition of existing WC and erection of new toilet block; at 12 Sunnyside Road, Coatbridge.

Grayling Property Unit Trust: totem signs (two applications) at M8 Interlink industrial estate, Kirkshaws Road, Coatbridge.

Modern Housing: display of adverts; at Ballochney Road, Plains.

The Scottish Minister per Greater Glasgow Health Board: construction of 355 dwellings and associated works including roads, landscaping, SUDS and installation of temporary sales cabin; at site off Gartferry Road, Moodiesburn.

Springfield Priorities: erection of 42 houses, landscaping and associated infrastructure works; at land to north of Coyle Drive, Gartcosh.

Mr and Mrs Robert Dow: demolition of existing outbuildings and erection of three detached residential houses; at Parkhaven Lodge, Woodhall Cottage Road, Calderbank.

Reza Cheshmedoost: alterations to form attic flat and new access stairs; at 27-28 South Bridge Street, Airdrie.

William Keenan: conversion of existing garage to form granny annex/ancillary residential accommodation; at 13 Lochside Crescent, Airdrie.
