Digital NL website
A new North Lanarkshire digital inclusion project has launched its website in Coatbridge.
The Digital NL website was unveiled at New College Lanarkshire’s campus in the town, with members, partners and others working in the community invited to try it out, network with colleagues and register to join the project.
Sandra Maguire, Digital NL project manager, said: “We’re so thrilled to have launched the Digital NL website.
“It’s been a collective effort from the project team, steering group and Pogo Studio, our web developers, and it will provide a vital resource for North Lanarkshire.
“We look forward to engaging further with the community and our partners in future.”
The project is funded through the college and North Lana rk s h i re’s community learning and development, and seeks to improve the lives of people in North Lanarkshire by increasing their skills and knowledge of digital technology.
Stuart Matson, community programmes manager at New College Lanarkshire and chair of the Digital NL steering group, added: “It is great to see the launch of the Digital North Lanarkshire website.
“This is a key stage in the development of Digital NL in improving digital skills and access for people in North Lanarkshire.”
