● TELEGRAPH ROAD, LONGRIGGEND. Will close for four days from today for carriageway patching. Work will take place between Main Street and B825 Caldercruix Road. ● DEVERON STREET, COATBRIDGE. Carriageway resurfacing works are being carried out between Rannoch Avenue and Tantallon Drive until 8pm on Friday, when indicated. ● COLTSWOOD ROAD, COATBRIDGE. Will close for four days from 8am on Friday for resurfacing, between Russell Colt Street and Inveresk Place, when signposted. There is no suitable diversion for high-sided vehicles. ● WAVERLEY DRIVE, RAWYARDS. Will close for a four-day period from midnight on Monday to allow for carriageway patching work. This will take place from Bore Road to Wheatholm Street, and diversions will be available on Kelvin Drive and Wheatholm Crescent. ● CARLISLE ROAD, AIRDRIE. A 30mph speed limit will be in place for four days between Brownsburn Road and Burns Road from midnight on Monday, due to carriageway resurfacing. ● WELLSIDE AVENUE, AIRDRIE. From Kennihill to Whitehill Avenue is shutting for four days from midnight on Tuesday for carriageway patching. ● LOMOND ROAD, TOWNHEAD. Will be closed from 8am on Tuesday to 8pm four days later. This is due to carriageway resurfacing between Dee Street and Deveron Street. ● ROUGHRIGG FARM ROAD, LONGRIGGEND. Carriageway patching works will see the road shut between Bridge Street and B803 Greengairs Road for four days from midnight next Friday, July 27. Drivers can use diversions on Upperton Road and Meadowfield Road. ● WOODSIDE STREET, COATBRIDGE. Will close for 24 hours between the junctions with Viewfield Road and Old Monkland Road, for resurfacing from midnight next Saturday, July 28. ● AITCHISON STREET, AIRDRIE. Will close between Ralston Street and Davidson Street for four days from midnight on July 30, when signposted, for carriageway resurfacing. Alternative routes include Chapel Street, Aitken Street and Gartlea Road. ● RYDENMAINS ROAD, GLENMAVIS. Is to shut from B802 Condorrat Road to McArthur Avenue from midnight on July 30 until the same time four days later. Carriageway resurfacing work will be completed, with diversions on Waddell Avenue and the B803 Coatbridge Road. ● CALDERBANK ROAD, Airdrie. Will shut for five days from midnight on August 4. Resurfacing is to be carried out between Ayr Drive and Sykeside Road; diversions are via Sikeside or Brownsburn. ● BUCHANAN STREET, COATBRIDGE. Will be closed for three days from midnight on Wednesday, August 8, for resurfacing between Dundyvan Road and Manse Street. ● LAUCHOPE STREET, CHAPELHALL. Will close between Main Street and George Street for five days from midnight on Saturday, August 11 for resurfacing. Bus services may be affected by the closure; the diversion is via Woodhall Street and Lancaster Avenue. ● MARTYN STREET, CAIRNHILL. Is the location of medium-impact works over the next month, between the junctions with Kennedy Drive and Victoria Place. ● GREENPARK COURT, COATBRIDGE. Mediumimpact works being carried out by staff from Scottish Power will affect the road from Glasgow Road to its end over the next month. ● MAIN STREET, GLENBOIG. Will shut for a rail bridge inspection overnight on August 30, from 10pm to 6am the following day. The closure will be 80m north-west of its junction with Glenboig New Road. ● GARTGILL ROAD, COATBRIDGE. Is closed until October 6, between Gartsherrie Road and Wilton Street, for bridge strengthening work by Network Rail.
