● ROCHSOLLOCH ROAD, AIRDRIE. Gas main renewal works will see the road shut until late on Sunday. This closure is in place from 59m south of A89 Deedes Street to 20m south of Kippen Street. Vehicles can use roads including Weavers Road, Gartlea Road, Hogg Street, B802 Cairnhill Road and Victoria Place as diverted routes. ● MOLLINSBURN ROAD, ANNATHILL. Will be closed until 6pm on Friday from Birkenshaw Road to the North Medrox farm access, 240m south of Myvot Road. Patching work and residential access is permitted where practical, with pedestrian access maintained at all times. The diversion for motorists is via Myvot, Condorrat and Gain & Shankburn Roads. ● TANTALLON DRIVE, TOWNHEAD. Is closed for drainage work between Belmont Street and Deveron Street until 6pm this Friday. The diversion for drivers is via Crinan Crescent; residential access will be allowed when practical, and pedestrian access maintained at all times during the closure. ● CONDORRAT ROAD, GLENMAVIS. Will be closed for patching from 8am tomorrow until 6pm on Friday. The closure is between its junctions with Myvot Road and Wester Myvot Road, and the diversion for motorists is via those two streets. Residential access will be allowed where practical. ● DUNDYVAN ROAD, COATBRIDGE. Will shut from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Sunday for manhole cover replacement work. The affected section is from 55m west of Barrowfield Street, for a distance of 75m; motorists can use Bank Street, Coatbridge Road and Whifflet Street as alternative routes. ● WHINHALL ROAD/KIPPS BYRE ROAD, AIRDRIE. From Ballochney Street to B803 Coatbridge Road will close for drainage work. The 48-hour closure will begin at midnight on Tuesday; diversions via B802 Glenmavis Road and Ballochney Street. ● HILLFOOT ROAD, AIRDRIE. Between Lingley Avenue and Hillhead Drive is shutting from 9am next Wednesday, November 28, until 6pm two days later. Carriageway patching works are being completed and alternative routes will be in place on Gartleahill, Gartfield Street and Lingley Avenue. ● DYKEHEAD ROAD, AIRDRIE. A 24-hour closure will come into affect from midnight next Thursday, November 29, for carriageway patching works. It will run from Dalmacoulter Road to Ballochney Road and alternative routes are on Airdriehill Road, Airdriehill Street and A73 Stirling Road. ● MCLELLAND DRIVE, PLAINS. Drainage works will see the road closed between A89 Main Street and Jarvie Avenue for four days from midnight on December 3. Diversions will be found on Northburn Street and A89 Main Street. ● WILSON STREET, AIRDRIE. Will shut for 24 hours from midnight on December 5 for carriageway patching works, between Mavisbank Street and A810 High Street. ● CUMBERNAULD ROAD, MUIRHEAD. Ongoing medium-impact roadworks being carried out by Scottish Water are due to run for the rest of the year at the entrance to Bedlay Estate, off the A80 at Moodiesburn. ● A89 COATBRIDGE ROAD TO GLASGOW ROAD, BARGEDDIE. Right-turn restrictions are in place until late on December 21 due to ongoing sewer connection works. The restrictions are only in effect when signage is displayed. ● GARTGILL ROAD, COATBRIDGE. Traffic is banned from driving on the road, from Wilton Street to Gartsherrie Road, until 11pm on February 7 next year. The restriction is in place to allow Network Rail to carry out bridge maintenance works. Vehicles are asked to proceed via Wilton Street, Lomond Road and Gartsherrie Road. Pedestrian access will be maintained“at all times”.
