● SHARP AVENUE, COATBRIDGE. From its junction with Mitchell Street to its junction with Renfrew Street is closed until Friday for carriageway resurfacing; bus services may be affected. ● DUNURE STREET, COATBRIDGE. A four-day closure for carriageway resurfacing ends on Friday. This applies between the junction from Old Monkland Road to the junction with Ellismuir Street; Woodside Street and Kirkshaws Road are among the diverted routes. ● B802 MAIN STREET, CALDERBANK. Is closed until Saturday for carriageway resurfacing works. The closure runs from its junction with Park Road to Crowwood Road. Diversions on offer include Calderbank Road, Carlisle Road, Main Street, Woodhall Mill Road and Lancaster Avenue. ● DRUMCAVEL ROAD, GLENBOIG. Will be shut until late on Sunday because of a burst water main. This is in place from Avenuehead Road to Glenboig Road, with drivers asked to use A752 Lochend Road, B804 Johnston Road and Glenboig Road as diversions. ● GARTLEA ROAD, AIRDRIE. Carriageway resurfacing will result in a four day closure from Monday, between Hogg Street and Gartleahill; South Biggar Road and A73 Carlisle Road are diversions. ● ALEXANDER STREET, COATBRIDGE. Motorists are advised the road will be closed, from property 49 to property 57, between the hours of 8am and 6pm for four days from Monday. This is to facilitate sewer repairs, with Eglinton Street, Dunbeth Avenue and Portland Street as diversions. ● MILL STREET AND MILL LOAN, AIRDRIE. Will be shut on July 21, from Hallcraig Street to where the car park road ends, to allow for Virgin Media works; pedestrian access will be maintained. ● OLD GARTLOCH ROAD, COATBRIDGE (EASTBOUND ONLY). Is closed, between A752 Coatbridge Road and Lochend Road, until late on July 21 while SGN conducts a gas main replacement. ● BARROWFIELD STREET, COATBRIDGE. From its junction with Lloyds Street to its junction with Willow Crescent, will shut for four days from midnight on July 22. Carriageway resurfacing is being completed and drivers can use A725 Whifflet Street, School Street and B753 Dundyvan Road as diversions. ● BELLVUE WAY, CARNBROE. Manhole cover replacement works will result in a closure between properties 38 and 42 from 9.30am to 7pm on July 28; no diverted routes will be available. ● LAUCHOPE STREET, CHAPELHALL. Is closing for five days from midnight on July 22 for carriageway resurfacing. This is between its junction with George Street and its junction with Russell Street. Diversions will be on Main Street and Bellside Road. ● BARROWFIELD STREET, COATBRIDGE. Carriageway resurfacing will see the road shut for four days, between its junction with Lloyds Street to its junction with Willow Crescent, from midnight on July 31. Diverted routes will be on B753 Dundyvan Road, A725 Whifflet Street and School Street. ● EARLSTON CRESCENT, COATBRIDGE. Between its junction with Carnbroe Road to its junction with Maybole Place, will be affected by a four-day closure from midnight on July 31 for carriageway resurfacing works.
