This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are as follows –
Ms Jan Clark: fascia sign (in retrospect); at 224 Main Street, Caldercruix.
Mr Mark Halsey: single-storey side extension; at 61 Cromarty Road, Cairnhill.
Mr Hugh Burns: single-storey rear extension (including partial demolition); at 106 Alexander Street.
Mr Kevin Hughes: substitution of house type on plot one; at Marcon Inchneuk Road, Glenboig.
North Lanarkshire Council enterprise and communities: major residential development – approximately 90 units including a semi-detached, terraced and cottage flats together with associated infrastructure works; at site at Dykehead Road in Airdrie.
