Airdrie North representative Sophia Coyle will hold her next surgery in the village on Wednesday, October 23, from 6pm to 6.30pm in Stanrigg memorial hall. Tommy Morgan will have his next surgery on Saturday, October 26, at 12 noon, in the community centre. A prize and cash bingo night will be held in the social club on Monday, October 21, at 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
Upperton residents’ committee will hold their annual general meeting on Wednesday, October 30, in Stanrigg memorial hall at 6.30pm.

Future entertainment includes a Scots music evening on November 30, featuring the Jacobus entertainment group; tickets cost £4 and are on sale now.
