The mum of Alesha MacPhail has urged supporters to “light up” social media with happy memories of her daughter ahead of tomorrow’s second anniversar­y of her death.

Georgina Lochrane asked family and friends to help ease the pain of the milestone, which marks two years since the six-year-old was murdered on the Isle of Bute.
