The latest planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are –

Kingston Residential Investments: alterations to house type at plot 13, including garage conversion and single-storey rear extension (amendment to existing planning permission); at 26 Calderside Place, Airdrie.

Alan Neale: proposed installation of antennas; at land east of Shanks & Mcewan, Carnbroe Road, Coatbridge.

William Main: prior notification for farmrelated building works (non-residential) at South Medrox Farm, Birkenshaw Road, Annathill.

Umar Farooq: two applications – new shopfront, windows to first floor and rear glazed door for restaurant, and two front elevation fascia signs; both at 18-20 Whifflet Street, Coatbridge.

Ronnie Lees: change of use of agricultural outbuilding to form microbrewery and shop (in retrospect); at The Hayloft, Woodend Farm, Birkenshaw Road, Annathill.

Fiona Jackson: replacement of singleglazed windows and doors at rear of property, and single-glazed windows on side; at 50 Blair Road, Coatbridge.

Gary Murray: replacement single-storey rear extension and replacement garage to side of property; at 20 Woodlands Drive, Coatbridge.

Iain Davers: single-storey rear extension and raised patio; at 1 Summerlee Cottages, Coatbridge.

James Doherty: change of use of public open space to garden ground, single-storey side extension, 1.8m fence and gate; at 1 Stemac Lane, Plains.
