Try these newer forms
IN recent years, new eupatoriums have emerged, particularly from the US and the Netherlands. Look out for:
A truly compact form at 3-4ft (90-120cm); features rose-purple flowers.
E. dubium ‘Little Joe’ E. maculatum ‘Gateway’
This has some of the fullest heads of any eupatorium.
A short, compact variety with flowers in a paler pink than most. One of the best, with
E. maculatum ‘Phantom’ E. maculatum ‘Little Red’
deep red flowers.
