Nose: Vanilla pudding and shreds of coconut. Herbaceous sage with clover honey. Toasted breadcrumbs with marshmallow and a little milk chocolate.
Palate: Sugared dates and earthy leather with banana, crushed almond and ginger.
Finish: Seductive spice and barrel flavor for days. Patience on the heat will pay off.
Comments: Remember that big block of ice in your fridge? Put it in this Bourbon and allow it to slightly melt in order to tame the spice.

Nose: Oak, corn and some warm grass. Reminiscent of being in a old barn loft. Then vanilla shows up.
Palate: Caramel, vanilla, warm cooked cereal. Underlying notes of mixed nuts and stewed fruit.
Finish: Sweet nuts and oak. It dries to tannic oak with some dark, dried fruit. Warm and oaky, but not bitter.
Comments: Add a splash of water to this! Orange peel, cinnamon, milk chocolate and brown sugar will be set free immediately. 8.5
