Nose: Notes of rye grass poke up from a solid foundation of caramel and fresh cherries.

Palate: A cabinet full of herbs and spices, fresh tobacco and new leather. All are embedded in fine luscious caramel.

Finish: Long. Fruit and caramel linger for ages before drying to oak at the very end.

Comments: Eminently sippable and complex. The elements present are very well balanced. It would hold up very well in a cocktail with high- quality mixers.
