The final qualifying semi-final places went to North Yorkshire angler Rob Minikin, who topped this massive 300-peg match with 177-12-0 of small F1s off peg 14 on Benny’s Lake. He caught on pellet shallow at 11m. Barry Bush was second with 173-3-0 of F1s taken on pellet at 4m from peg 9 on the same lake.
