OAKTREE Fish­ery in Devon is sit­u­ated on the edge of the beau­ti­ful sur­round­ings of Ex­moor Na­tional Park.

With three lakes, it of­fers a va­ri­ety of sport to an­glers of all abil­i­ties, from spec­i­men carp to a good head of sil­ver­fish.

In-form tac­tics at the pre­sent time of year is pel­let and paste fished on the pole, and soft pel­lets over mi­cros for the good head of skim­mers.

Worm and caster works well for the big perch sit­u­ated in all three lakes.

On the spec­i­men lake, lots of fish are be­ing taken in the mar­gins and some fan­tas­tic sport can be en­joyed in the form of sur­face fish­ing.

For the trav­el­ling an­gler there are four self-cater­ing hol­i­day cot­tages avail­able for book­ings which boast a four-star rat­ing.
