Stretton Lakes, a perfect choice for an angling break

-

STRETTON is a six-lake complex set in the rolling Rutland countryside and packed with fish! Those staying in six log cabin lodges enjoy free fishing. Caravan owners can bring their van and pitch up alongside the new Carp and Silverfish Lakes.

Each lodge has a private heated six-seat hot tub, a log-effect burner, fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining and lounge area with CD player, radio and digital TV with DVD player.

All bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided, but no pets are allowed.

The two older lakes next to the cabins contain very big carp and a mix of silverfish. The Match Lake is a snake-type water with an island on every swim within pole reach.

Next to the caravan site ,the Carp Lake is full of fish between 2lb and 10lb with two islands to fish to, while the Silverfish Lake has one island and is packed with bream, skimmers, tench, roach, rudd, perch and crucians.
